My work is gentle and attentive, supporting you in times of stress, physical discomfort or life transition. It is informed by over 30 years of experience working with the body, and has evolved into a more mindful, trauma-aware approach.
Each session is guided by what you bring, allowing space for your body to soften, settle and restore in its own way.
